Music is not something we do, it is what we are!
The oboe is the very voice of my soul.

I earn a living programming computers. This gives me a stable livelihood which allows me to explore the magnificence of the oboe family of instruments and the marvellous repertoire that already exists for it, or that it could perform.

I greatly encourage adult amateurs to reach the full extent of their potential. Most of the world invests a lot of time and money for youth music, as it should. But remember that children follow role models: if the adults that are encouraging them give up the pleasures of playing, alone and/or together, then how can they possibly believe that culture is the reason for living?

This is why I share the indescribable pleasure I get from practicing and performing. I want to blur the lines between amateur and professional in order to inspire as many adults who have the soul to connect, all over the world, without any regards to where you live or what you look like or what your history may be!
